You can search on as many or as few fields as you wish; obviously the more fields you search on, the more specific the search will be.

If you wish to select a field that you wish included in the search, click the "Search This Field" box to the left of that field. Then enter or select the specific information you wish to search for in that field.

If the field has a list of items for you to select from, you can click one of the items, or while holding down the CTRL key, select several items.

At the bottom of the page you can select whether you wish to retrieve your results in standard HTML format, to download them as a CSV file for use in importing into spreadsheets or mailing list programs, or to download them as a pre-formatted RTF file ready for printing onto labels.

Once you have selected the fields you wish to have included on your search, and have entered your PIN at the top of the page, click the "Begin Search" button at the bottom of the page. Be patient - complex searches, or searches that involve very large results can take up to a minute or more to complete.

When the search has completed, you will be returned to the search page, along with a message saying that your "search results are available here." Click on this link to view or download your results. This link will be valid for 4 hours, after which you will no longer have access to the results.
